Akseler was founded by Marius Vincevičius and Enrike Heinsohn. We started out in marketing, where we saw first-hand how companies bleed money through slow, scattered internal processes.

Worth knowing before you start.
How is this different from the ChatGPT we already use?
ChatGPT is a model that knows nothing about your business and remembers nothing. We build a layer around it: your prices, rules and history, access to email, calendar and documents, and clear limits on what it may do on its own. Models can be swapped; the knowledge stays yours.
How much does it cost and what does the price depend on?
Price depends on process complexity and the number of integrations, so we only quote after the demo, once we've seen your process. We work in stages: start with one real process, expand only when it proves itself. The call and demo are free and non-binding.
How long does it take and how much of our team's time is needed?
We aim to launch the first clearly defined process within 14 days of getting access and the information we need. From you, it realistically takes one 45-minute call and quick feedback during the trial period. The technical work is on us.
What happens if the system makes a mistake?
Every new process starts with human approval, so mistakes are caught before anything goes out. Autonomy grows only after the process meets the agreed quality bar for an agreed period. Every action is logged, so you can always see what happened and when.
Where is our data kept and who can see it?
We agree the architecture and where data lives before we start, and put it in the contract and the DPA. The system runs in your accounts, we act as a data processor, and you can restrict or revoke access at any time. Sensitive data never leaves the agreed boundaries.
Will we have to change our software?
No. We connect to what you already use: email, calendar, documents, spreadsheets and CRM. Before starting, we check that a system has a proper interface, and if it doesn't, we tell you upfront, not after the contract is signed.
Will this replace our employees?
The goal is different: to take away repetitive routine so your people can focus on clients, decisions and growth. In practice, AI first takes over the jobs nobody wants: data entry, reminders, document prep. How a given role changes becomes clear after the first process.
What happens if we decide to end the partnership?
The infrastructure is built in your name, so accounts, data and knowledge stay with you. We agree a handover: documentation, access and training for your team or another provider. No lock-in.
